A cake is essential for almost all important occasions – birthdays, festivals, promotions, and graduations – to add joy to the celebration.  This event is held two to three times a year to allow our students of the pastry and bakery to showcase their final cake products, contest for the top spots, and receive recognition as the program’s top students.
