KAGC is a leading higher-learning institution in Malaysia specializing in skills development in digital marketing, tourist guide, hospitality management, culinary arts and gastronomy, and pastry and bakery. Since 2009, KAGC has been offering Technical, Vocational Education, and Training (TVET) programs awarded SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) certificates at different levels based on competency qualification by DSD and Tourist Guide certification by MOTAC.

KAGC College offers a wide range of hospitality courses, from the employability enhancement certificate program and Malaysian skills certificate (SKM) program to advanced diploma programmes (both local and overseas) in the fields of Tourism, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service Operations, Food Preparation & Production in pastry and bakery, and culinary art & gastronomy. With the growing importance of eCommerce, digital marketing knowledge has been part of the curriculum in most of our programs since 2021. Upon the successful accreditation by City and Guilds from the United Kingdom, a diploma program in Digital Marketing has started to be offered from July 2022 onwards.

Providing More for You Than You Paid

To meet the increasing need for home delivery services in the food and beverages industry, we are enhancing the culinary and bakery programmes by providing our students with comprehensive training in digital marketing. This will empower them to establish their own online enterprises after graduation, should they choose to do so.

Our Digital Marketing programme equips students with the necessary skills to obtain industry certifications, including Google AdWords. These certifications can be obtained by successfully completing the online assessment, which is typically part of a paid professional training course attended by working professionals.

Our Tourism Training Institute (ILP) is officially registered with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Cultures (MOTAC) and has been awarded with the five-star-rating by regulated body. Additionally, we are recognised by the Department of Skills Development (DSD) under the Ministry of Human Resources for our expertise in hospitality, food, and service operations and preparations.

Recently, our institution has obtained accreditation from City and Guilds (C&G) in the United Kingdom to provide a Digital Marketing programme. Upon successful completion of the programme, students will be awarded a Level 4 Diploma by C&G.
