This permanent feature on campus allows our students from different disciplines: culinary, pastry & bakery, and hospitality to work together and operate in a café-like-environment to put their skills into practice. Students will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, packaging, marketing, and selling the foods with minimum involvement from the faculties.
