The program runs for 9 months of academic learning, followed by a 6-month industry internship, making it an accelerated 15-month pathway. This fast-track structure is designed to help students enter the workforce earlier than traditional programs—equipping them with practical skills and real-world exposure to start building their careers sooner.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid school leaving certificate. There is no minimum credit requirement on either SPM (or its equivalent), making it an accessible choice for students who are passionate about joining the hospitality industry and eager to learn through practical experience.

The program is not accredited by MQA. Instead, it is officially recognized by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia, aligning with the National Skills Certification framework for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

Students participate in hands-on learning through practical classes in hotel operations, F&B service, and front desk management. The 6-month internship provides real-world industry training at leading hotels or hospitality establishments—giving students a competitive edge in employability.
